4 According to ns.62A(1) : ‘ No action in respect of a contravention to which section 62 above applies shall lie at the suit of a person other than a private investor , except in such circumstances as may be specified by regulations made by the Secretary of State ’ ( emphasis added ) .

15 There is no duty to disclose information provided by or on behalf of another person other than an employee of the local education authority , an education welfare officer or the person seeking disclosure .
