1 The particular question which arises in each of these appeals is whether delay in giving the contemnor a copy of the committal order requires the order to be set aside and the sentence of imprisonment quashed .

4 At the conclusion of that argument we announced that the judge 's order would be set aside and the application refused for want of jurisdiction .
